Mountain to Road Cycles run indoor cycle trainer classes from May to September for an alternative winter training programme. This is available to any teenager or adult with a mountain or road bike and an indoor trainer.
The price is $10 per class. If you do not currently own an indoor trainer you can hire one by appointment. Just contact Callum at the shop for free demonstration our range of CycleOps Power Trainers.

Rides leave from the shop every Saturday afternoon at 1pm, weather permitting.
There is a cross section of riders so there will be a group for everyone. The shop rides vary from 30-40km around the local area, including Puahue, Pirongia, Pokuru circuits.
Come along and ride with other passionate cyclists.
