Mountain to Road Cycles run indoor cycle trainer classes from April to September for an alternative winter training programme. This is available to any teenager or adult with a mountain or road bike and an indoor trainer.
Rides leave from the shop every Saturday morning at 9am, weather permitting.
There is a cross section of riders so there will be a group for everyone. The shop rides vary from 30-40km around the local area, including Puahue, Pirongia, Pokuru circuits.
